Import
Bring in a retailer product page and review the detected information before it enters your queue.

Keep your vinyl preorders in one place.
As a collector who regularly preorders records, I know the sinking feeling of realising months later that something still has not arrived, then trying to remember where it was ordered. Vinyl//Queue grew from wanting one reliable place to keep track of it all.

Review before saving
Your queue stays yours to correct.
From product page to preorder queue
01

See upcoming releases, committed spend, overdue records and the wider preorder queue.
03
Correct details, maintain order information and update each record’s lifecycle status.
Track the whole picture
See active preorders, committed spend, records due this month and anything overdue, then move straight into the full queue.

Maintain the details
Fix a variant, add an order reference, update the expected date or mark a record received. Manual changes remain authoritative user data.
Trial questions
The current pilot is deliberately small. Here is the careful detail on assisted imports, privacy and access.
The basics of building and maintaining your personal preorder queue.
Vinyl//Queue is a personal tracker for vinyl records you have preordered, especially when those orders are spread across several shops and release dates. I built it as a fellow collector who wanted one reliable place to remember what I had ordered, where I had ordered it and what was still on the way.
Artist, release or album, vinyl variant, retailer, price and currency, expected release date, order reference, artwork, notes, and whether a preorder is active, received or cancelled.
Manual entry is always available. Vinyl//Queue can also inspect supported public retailer product pages and attempt to fill useful product information. You review the result before saving it.
The trial is invitation-only and uses passwordless email magic links. Invited users receive instructions and sign in with their invited email address.
How assisted imports work, and where your own review still matters.
It can help extract missing product information and, when necessary and available, recover information from public retailer pages. It is an assistant, not an authority, so important details should be checked against the retailer or your order confirmation.
Vinyl//Queue works from information retailers publish on their public-facing product pages. It does not log in to your retailer accounts or read your private order history, and the information does not come through referral or affiliate relationships. The import tools read and, where necessary, scrape those public pages to identify useful details such as the artist, release, variant, price and expected date. Not every page can be accessed successfully, and automated extraction or AI assistance can be incomplete or incorrect, so you review everything before saving it.
For an Included-AI trial account, no personal API key is required. AI assistance is supplied by Vinyl//Queue and is subject to account and service limits. BYOK is a separate account mode for users who supply their own supported OpenAI key.
No. Retailer pages change, and automated or AI extraction can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing the price, variant, release date and other important information before saving or relying on it.
Your library remains yours. AI assistance may temporarily stop, but normal manual functionality remains available, subject to your account’s access state.
The careful detail on data, access and what this early trial involves.
Your preorder library is yours. Other Vinyl//Queue users cannot see your identity, order references, notes or personal preorder records.
Vinyl//Queue may remember limited product facts found on public retailer pages so that the service can better recognise the same release in future. Those reusable public facts are kept separate from personal customer data. Your identity, notes, order references and complete retailer pages are not shared with other users.
No. GrooveGridsUK and Vinyl//Queue are not referrers or affiliates for the retailers shown, and I do not receive commission, referral fees or any other payment when you buy a record. Retailers do not pay to appear in Vinyl//Queue either. A shop appears simply because a collector has a preorder with it, which does not imply endorsement or any commercial relationship.
Yes. Vinyl//Queue currently provides an account export and permanent account deletion.
There is no public Vinyl//Queue subscription plan during this invitation-only trial. Any future pricing will be communicated separately before users are asked to move to a paid service.
No. This is an active, small-scale trial. Features may change, retailer imports can break, and trial users are being invited partly to help expose rough edges before a wider release.
Normal, genuine use, plus useful feedback when something is confusing, inaccurate or fails. This is not employment or a formal QA programme.
